When asked why is it important to your company that this product is made in America? I have always been an advocate of "keeping the money in my community." I am providing jobs in my own community and purchasing "USA made" supplies means a better quality of product. I also buy lunches for my staff from locally owned restaurants and caterers because I want to support my community. Supporting my local community means that I am helping my employees and I feel they work harder and are more dedicated because they know that I care about them. I have had tons of people from my industry and related industries ask me why I am not automating this process and my response is, "I like helping my employees" and I also like the fact that there is a human aspect to these packages. I started small and I now have the ability to help people find work and support their families. It just makes me feel good. 

Both of my distribution centers have doubled in size of employees and I personally employ over 25 people at my own warehouse. I assume that we affect 1000's of jobs on a U.S.A. scale.
